Access Instructions
When accessing the FTP
Server, the following 'Security Alert' dialog box may appear. This is a
built in precaution to warn you that our company IP has not been added to the
"trusted list" yet.
Choose "Yes"
or "Continue to this website" and the
following login screen will appear.
From here, type
in your User name and Password. Remember, the user name and password is
case sensitive. Authorized users will be given a secure password to login.
Once you have logged in, you can change your password. Minimum 6
characters is required. It is recommended that you use a combination
of numbers and letters to increase the level of security.
If you forget your password, click on "I
forgot my password" and the following dialog box will appear. Type in your
e-mail address and click "Get Password". An e-mail will be sent containing
your user name and password.
